Mall cards
Ada Mall Loyalty Club
Ada Mall, located near Ada Ciganlija, launched its Loyalty Club in spring 2021 and reports 55,000+ active members. The card is free to get at the information desk on the ground floor of the mall. With this card, you can get discounts at many shops in the mall, including:
- 10% off all Xiaomi products
- 15% off items at Skechers, Beosport, and Kicks and Heels that are not on sale (5% off items that are on sale)
- Free upsize at Starbucks
- 10% discount at Monument restaurant
- 16% discount at Gigatron on large appliances like televisions, fridges, and vacuum cleaners
- Accrue points by bringing your receipt and card to the information desk on the day of your purchase
Galerija Mall Loyalty Program
Galerija Mall's loyalty program runs through the Galerija app and works like a spending game (rules on the mall's loyalty page):
- Scan receipts in the app to collect points (1 point per 1 RSD spent). Scans must happen within 15 days of purchase.
- Starting at 25,000 points, you can get a 500 RSD e-voucher, effectively 2% back.
- Tiers are based on spending in a 12-month period. Silver is 100,000+ RSD of spend, Gold is 500,000+ RSD of spend. Higher tiers unlock unlocking monthly rewards and a birthday gift, with digital scratch-and-win coupons on entry.
IKEA Family
IKEA Family is free and also runs a points program ("IKEA Family nagrade"):
- Points accrue not just on purchases but also for creating wishlists, attending free IKEA Family events, and logging in. You can redeem points for vouchers.
- Some items in the store offer a special discount to IKEA Family members.
- Free hot drink (coffee/tea) every visit to the IKEA restaurant.
- Partners beyond the store: adjacent AVA Shopping Park has posted an extra 10% discount for IKEA Family members on non-discounted items.
Infostan: Belgrade communal bills
Infostan bundles Belgrade's communal services (electricity, water, heating, trash collection, building maintenance) into one monthly bill, and it has an early-payment discount: pay by the due date on the uplatnica (β the 15th) and the discount grows with your payment streak:
| Continuous use | Discount |
|---|---|
| Start | 5% |
| After 6 months | 6% |
| After 12 months | 7% |
Plus city subsidies (gradske subvencije) of 10β30% for eligible categories (pensioners, social-assistance beneficiaries). E-bill delivery is via the e.SanduΔe portal (esanduce.rs).
Similar to Infostan, EPS offers an electricity discount of 7% for e-bill + payment by the 20th.
Departing from BEG: fast-track security & passport control
Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport has a dedicated Visa Fast Track lane (Terminal 2) that lets eligible cardholders skip the regular queues at both security screening and passport control β the two biggest bottlenecks during peak hours.
Visa Fast Track (free for eligible cardholders):
- Eligible cards: Visa Platinum, Signature, Infinite, Platinum Business, and Signature Business.
- Issuing countries: the card must be issued by a bank in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, or Azerbaijan. Cards from Western EU/US/UK banks are not eligible.
- How to use it: tap your card on the Fast Lane terminal, select "Fast Lane Belgrade", approve, and hand the printed receipt to staff at the fast-lane entrance. No app, no pre-registration.
- Usage limits per year: Visa Platinum 2, Signature 4, Infinite 6, Platinum Business 2, Signature Business 4.
- Kids: children under 12 traveling with an eligible cardholder pass free.
- Validity: the Visa page publishes no end date; the lane was confirmed working in September 2026 β re-check before booking around it.
No eligible Visa card? Two other ways in:
- Paid Fast Lane (anyone): buy a voucher for β¬5 at the Information desk on the terminal's ground floor. Present it with your boarding pass to airport staff before passport control. Covers passport control only (not security).
- Air Serbia Fast Track (purchasable): available via airserbia.com, their Contact Center, web check-in, or at the airport. Cost is β¬10β15, book at least 60 minutes before departure. Free if you're flying Business Class and included in Elevate Gold tier perks.
Arriving to BEG: the "Keep Boarding!" boarding-pass program
If you fly into Belgrade on Air Serbia, keep your boarding pass: it's a discount coupon for your first week. Air Serbia's "Keep Boarding" program lets passengers show the original boarding pass + ID at partner venues for a flat percentage off the bill for 7 days after arrival. The discounts are primarily for hotels and restaurants. Remember to ask for the discount before ordering or paying.
Students: ISIC museum discounts
The ISIC card unlocks many discounts:
- 50% off the Museum of Contemporary Art.
- Half-price at the National Museum, Museum of Yugoslavia, and Museum of Applied Arts. At the Nikola Tesla Museum, the Serbian-language guided tour is 400 RSD individual / 250 RSD group β the 800/500 RSD figures sometimes quoted are the English-tour prices β confirm the student rate at the desk.
- Free entry to the Natural History Museum.
- 10% off the Museum of Illusions.
These stack with the free-entry days already mapped in Belgrade museums β the National Museum, for instance, is free for everyone on Sundays.
