Serbian Numerals & Noun Form

Numbers reshape the noun that follows them. Pick the noun form that agrees with the number shown. The deck reshuffles every time, so the order is never the same twice.

Question 1/15 Score 0
The counting rule (1 / 2–4 / 5+)
1, 21, 31…ends in 1 (but NOT 11) → nominative singular: 1 pas, 21 pas.
2, 3, 4ends in 2–4 (but NOT 12–14) → genitive singular (“paucal”): 2 psa, 22 psa.
5+, 0, 11–19ends in 0, 5–9, or is 11–14 → genitive plural: 5 pasa, 11 pasa, 25 pasa.

Watch the traps: 11/12/13/14 pasa (not paucal), 21 pas (singular again), 22/23/24 psa (paucal again). The rule keys off the last two digits, so 1001 still takes the singular: 1001 pas.
